Do you find it hard to find a higher purpose for your business?
Maybe you have heard of Simon Sinek and his Golden Circle, but are having a hard time to apply it to your situation. I cannot agree more with Russell Clark that it is hard to find good examples, so I decided to share our take for The Rynge Group.
The ”Why, How and What” for The Rynge Group
Why: We have an aversion to untapped potential
How: We catalyse individuals and business to challenge their status quo and awaken their strive to improve in a sustainable way.
What: We do this by advisory services; developing and implementing models for growth; as well as creating digital aids that supports personal and organizational growth.
Breaking down our Golden Circle
Our ”Why”: ”We have an aversion to untapped potential”.
Looking at the world of today, everywhere there can be improvement, and we are really disturbed when seeing other struggle with their day to day activities, when that struggle could be reduced by taking a break to ”sharpen the saw”. We also are strong believers that the society could be so much better if everyone strived for a better place.
Our ”How”: ”We catalyse individuals and business to challenge their status quo and awaken their strive to improve in a sustainable way.”
We realize that we cannot do everything ourselves, so we aim to induce ideas that catalyse and triggers our clients to realize that they can do so much more. Change can be painful, but by providing tools, ideas and visions of a better situation, we inspire to positive change.
Not all change are good however, even if it might look like it at first glance. For us it is important that the improvements are sustainable, both for the client as for the society.
Our ”What”: ”We do this by advisory services; developing and implementing models for growth; as well as creating digital aids that supports personal and organizational growth.”
So we do this by meeting people in person to share our ideas, models and inspiration. We also want a larger impact than just providing our time, so we also develop digital tools and platforms to reach more people and businesses that wants to grow. These tools should however not be limited to our models and ideas, so we aim to create platforms where others can spread their knowledge and inspiration.
Thank you Russell for inspiring me to put clearer descriptions to our why, how & what; and I will ask you the samt thing that Russell asks:
What do you think? Do you have a ”Why / How / What” in place at your business? I’d love to see it! Is it credible? Do your staff live your ”Why”? I’d be interested to hear your thoughts and see your examples.
